Should 30-Day "Termination of Employment" Notice Be Sent to Barack Obama?

Although the Obama administration is openly encouraging defense contractors to violate the WARN act by NOT issuing layoff notices to employees who may be terminated as a result of Sequestration-driven cutbacks, common sense and decency suggest that those who are likely to lose their employment should be notified of such eventuality as soon as possible.

Which is why this pundit believes that President Obama should be alerted to the fact that his position on the government payroll for another four years is very much in dispute.

We believe that the president should receive the following 30-day notice, backdated to October 6, on Monday:

Dear Mr. President:

Although this notice is not required by WARN or other Congressional mandate, in keeping with professional standards of common decency and transparency, we feel it appropriate to advise you that your employment with the US government is in serious jeopardy, and may very well be terminated by We the People on November 6, 2012.

Should your employment, in fact, be terminated, you will have until January 20, 2013 to remove your personal effects, and those of your family, from the Oval Office and residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

By law, the White House must be vacated and in shovel-ready status for the incoming President (Mitt William Romney) by high noon on January 20.

There is no appeals process: The decision of the American people is final.

Please return all White House keys and locks to the Secret Service agent assigned to you, and bring the nuclear football with you to the Inauguration of President-elect Romney.

We would like to report that the past four years have been a pleasure; however, the word honesty precludes us from doing so.

Best wishes to Michelle and the girls for the days and years to follow.

Obama to Say "Aloha" (Involuntarily) to Mainland in January, 2013?

According to the article published at reference 1, internal polls paid for by the Obama campaign paint a dark, ugly picture of certain defeat for the president.

As has long been suspected, public polls are being manipulated to depress Romney supporters by showing Obama in the lead.  Truth is, according to the article, Obama has almost no chance of winning the election.

As a result, according to the article, The One and his moneyed mobster friends from Chicago have focused on an appropriate retirement pad for the Marxist interloper.

Appropriate meaning at least $35 million dollars as the One plans to suspend the façade of “Average” guy and live the life of a King as Allah intended!

Are Obama insiders secretly making retirement plans for the Obamas with the expectation the president will lose his bid for re-election in November?

Very quietly, Obama’s chief financier, Penny Pritzker, has entered the Hawaii housing market to buy a retirement home for the president and his family that will be available not in 2016, but in January 2013, according to a confidential source within Pritzker’s Chicago organization.

Pritzker, a wealthy Chicago business executive and heiress to the Hyatt Hotels fortune, served as national finance chairman for Obama’s 2008 campaign and is the co-chairman of his 2012 effort.

The source told WND that highly confidential internal polls conducted by the Obama campaign indicate Obama cannot win re-election, despite public surveys that show him in the lead.

“The public polls are mostly political,” the source argued. “Obama radicals want Romney supporters to feel discouraged and give up. Truth is that Romney’s winning.”

The source further told WND that Pritzker is experiencing frustration in her fundraising efforts, as wealthy donors who contributed generously to Obama in 2008 are not even returning her phone calls.

The source said Pritzker is “reminding everyone how generous to their supporters the Clintons were when they left office.”

“Everything is for sale. Ambassadorships, government grants, stimulus money – you name it,” the source told WND.

“There’s nearly three months between the Nov. 6 election and the Jan. 20 inauguration – plenty of time to hand out goodies to friends from the Oval Office.”

Pritzker is telling potential donors that the Obamas have no intention of returning to Chicago when they leave the White House, according to the source.

She is also raising money for the Obama presidential library and museum, which also are slated for Hawaii.

Pritzker’s search for a developed property, suitable for occupancy four months from now, instead of property where a custom-designed estate might be built, is further indication that insiders believe Obama will not be re-elected.

Kevin DuJan, founder and editor of HillBuzz.org, first reported Pritzker was acting as a proxy to purchase a $35 million oceanfront estate in Kailua, the “Beverly Hills of Hawaii,” on the northeast shore of the island of Oahu.

DuJan reported billionaire Pritzker herself may contribute up to half the $35 million purchase price of the future Obama residence.


Hawaii Five-O

The property that appears to fit the description is an estate seen in a recent episode of the popular television show “Hawaii Five-O.”

As featured recently in Honolulu Magazine, the property consists of a main residence and a guest home located on 1.5 acres in an area called “Beachfront,” just before the Lanikai neighborhood in Kailua on Oahu’s Windward Coast.

Jeff Kerr of Kerr Michaels Design told Honolulu Magazine he designed the estate to replicate properties constructed in Hawaii in the early 1900s.

The interior of the house is 8,419 square feet, with another 5,359 square feet of lanai area. The main house has five bedrooms, five baths, two powder rooms, a professional media room and a cabana adjacent to the pool and spa.

A panoramic tour of the world-class, beachfront property can be taken on the Internet, allowing the viewer to “walk through” the home and see its expansive views of the Pacific Ocean.

Signals Obama will leave Chicago behind

In recent months, various members of the Obama family have been indicating that the family does not intend to return to Chicago when the Obama presidency ends.

On Sept. 14, the Weekly Standard reported Michelle Obama was asked by a school child during a visit to a Virginia YMCA where the Obamas would live if President Obama loses.

The first lady said the family would figure that out later, according to the pool report.

In an interview with USA Today in May, Michelle Obama de-emphasized the importance of returning to Chicago.

“So this is home in many ways,” she said, speaking about Chicago. “I mean, we have a house that has stuff in it back in Chicago. We have friends that we love who we invite here all the time.

“But the truth is,” she said, “is that if you plucked us up and put us anywhere right now, what we’d know with this change is that we’re always a family when we’re together. And in the end, that’s what really matters.”

DuJan at HillBuzz.org has been reporting that Michelle Obama’s mother, Marian Robinson, who is currently living with the Obama family in the White House, has been bragging about moving to Hawaii.

“It was fun while it lasted,” HillBuzz.org quotes Robinson as saying, “but wait until you see the place they’re buying for Michelle and Barack!”

Should all this come to pass, America will be saved, Chicago redeemed,  and Hawaii screwed!

Honoring, or Mocking, Those Whom Gave Their Lives for Our Freedoms and Values?

Notwithstanding the fact that contemporary celebrations of Memorial Day have more to do with three-day weekends,back yard barbecues, reckless episodes of alcohol abuse, and other frivolities, the original purpose was to set aside a spiritual holiday to remember and honor the brave American men and women whom sacrificed their very lives in the service of this blessed nation.

Indeed, in the beginning, it was conceived as a day to memorialize those dead American men and women whom made the ultimate sacrifice to defend and preserve the liberties and precious freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

No one can deny that horse shoes, watermelon, and fried chicken add spice to the celebratory spirit of Memorial Day.

However, in much the same manner as Christmas is not really about glittery trees, blinking lights, and mistletoe, so it is that the genesis of Memorial Day is really about things spiritual, rather than slothful excuses to overeat, over drink, and otherwise engage in intemperate behavior,

Memorial Day History*

Memorial Day was officially proclaimed on 5 May 1868 by General John Logan, national commander of the Grand Army of the Republic, in his , and was first observed on 30 May 1868, when flowers were placed on the graves of Union and Confederate soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery.
The first state to officially recognize the holiday was New York in 1873. By 1890 it was recognized by all of the northern states. The South refused to acknowledge the day, honoring their dead on separate days until after World War I (when the holiday changed from honoring just those who died fighting in the Civil War to honoring Americans who died fighting in any war).

It is now celebrated in almost every State on the last Monday in May (passed by Congress with the National Holiday Act of 1971 (P.L. 90 - 363) to ensure a three day weekend for Federal holidays), though several southern states have an additional separate day for honoring the Confederate war dead.

Traditional observance of Memorial day has diminished over the years. Many Americans nowadays have forgotten the meaning and traditions of Memorial Day. At many cemeteries, the graves of the fallen are increasingly ignored, neglected. Most people no longer remember the proper flag etiquette for the day. While there are towns and cities that still hold Memorial Day parades, many have not held a parade in decades. Some people think the day is for honoring any and all dead, and not just those fallen in service to our country.

Did Our Brothers and Sisters Die in Vain?


One cannot help but wonder whether the price paid by American men and women in years past is justified given the fact that America is currently run by politicians who simply do not respect traditional American values, traditions, history or law.

Some questions to ponder:

1. Our government is run by an administration that ignores Constitutionally-protected freedom of religion by demanding that services which violate the religious beliefs of certain groups be provided by those groups, contrary to Amendment 1 of the US Constitution.

How many American lives were sacrificed so that our renegade government could ignore basic religious freedoms to 65 million Americans?

2. Our government is run by people who generally oppose the 2nd Amendment, and whom created and implemented a criminal program known as “Fast and Furious,” which caused dangerous weapons to be shipped from the US to drug terrorists in Mexico. Those weapons were used against innocent Americans and Mexicans, including the death of a US Border Patrol agent.

How many brave Americans fought and died so that our government could send weapons to foreign terrorists whom would use said weapons to kill an American law enforcement official jut to discredit  the 2nd Amendment?


3. In 2011, our President ordered a military attack on the foreign nation of Libya, and did so without Congressional approval, and in violation of the War Powers Act.

How many of those who fought and died for America did so knowing that their sacrifices would empower a defiant president to willfully ignore the provisions of the Constitution and the War Powers Act, thereby circumventing a vital separation of powers concept so vital to our Democracy?


4. The President of the United States, in concert with liberal allies in Congress, passed a law which requires Americans to purchase health insurance regardless of their personal choices. The law, opposed by a majority of Americans, also provides for punitive action by the IRS against those Americans who refuse to comply.

How many American lives were sacrificed so that our renegade government could force unwilling Americans to buy a product-service against their will and threaten to use a federal agency against Americans who do not comply?

5. The President of the United States is an unabashed socialist and outspoken critic of free enterprise and the profit motive, both of which favored by an overwhelming majority of Americans.

This president seeks to divide Americans on the basis of class and wealth, and further proposes to use government power to seize assets from the alleged “rich” and “redistribute” wealth to people whose political views are more closely aligned with his own.

How many American lives were sacrificed so that our renegade president could wage class war fare and use government to steal wealth rightfully the property of some in order to enrich others?

Conclusion:


Given the cynical, anti-American policies of the Obama Administration, Americans whom have sacrificed their all for America are, regrettably, being mocked this Memorial Day.


The good news is that our Constitution, battered and abused as it is, is still viable.

Solution?

We the people must remember the American war dead on November 6 and vote to remove the current administration from power.

Do it in memory of the brave men and women who died for our freedoms and liberty!

Obama Change of Heart on Gay Nupitals: Forget Principle, This All About Cash and Power!

After a particularly embarrassing few days in which President Obama was roundly criticized for confusion and conflicting statements about his position on gay marriage, the “evolving” phase seems to have finally ended. To the surprise of almost no one, Obama aligned himself with the pro-gay marriage crowd.

 As reported at the reference, Obama’s evolvlution was hardly the result of a spiritual awakening, an Epiphany or anything even remotely esoteric. Rather, it came down to cold, hard cash:

President Obama announced today he now supports same-sex marriage, coming less than 2 days after the Washington Post reported that prominent political donors were threatening to withhold donations over the president’s position on gay rights.

“[A]t a certain point I’ve just concluded that for me personally it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same sex couples should be able to get married,” Obama told ABC News in an interview.
Progressive blogger Greg Sargent reported Monday that “leading gay and progressive donors” were angry with Obama over his increasingly convoluted position on gay rights and same-sex marriage, and were refusing to donate any more money to Priorities USA, the pro-Obama Super PAC. Sargent cited Paul Yandura, a political adviser to prominent Democratic donor Jonathan Lewis, who emailed that:

A number of gay and progressive donors, unsolicited, have indicated to us that they aren’t considering requests to donate to the Obama SuperPac because of the president’s refusal to the sign the order. And those are high-dollar asks, some in the seven digits. We have heard from at least half a dozen major gay and progressive donors that they stand united with us.
The Washington Post noted on Tuesday that approximately 20 percent of Obama top campaign bundlers—who are responsible for arranging $500,000 and up—“publicly identified themselves as gay.”

Obama’s announcement fits a pattern of changing positions on major issues for what appear to be financially motivated reasons.

The president in February publicly renounced his opposition to Democratic Super PACs such as Priorities USA, groups capable of raising large amount of money from anonymous sources.

Obama had previously denounced Super PACs as “shadowy groups with harmless sounding names” that pose “a threat to our democracy” because they allow wealthy donors outsized influence on the political process.

Four years ago, Obama became the first presidential candidate in history to reject public campaign financing, despite pledges he would not do so.

The liberal Talking Points Memo reports that one Obama bundler, Jon Cooper, said the president’s announcement will make fundraising for the re-election campaign “immeasurably easier.”

There you go, liberal nut balls! Your guy finally abandoned the closet, but not because of truth, honor, or principle.

It all came down to lust for the good old American dollar.

Bill Maher's Hateful, Vulgar Attacks on Women Must Stop!

The tragic story involving Sandra Fluke, Rush Limbaugh, and Barack Obama has taken a turn for the worse what with the convoluted logic advanced by Democrat apologist and benefactor Bill Maher who has been forced to explain his use of highly vulgar language against women.

According to Maher, it was terribly wrong for Limbaugh to call Fluke a slut and prostitute, but perfectly OK for him to call Sarah Palin a “C” word which is on the FCC list of “Seven Dirty Words” and not fit for broadcast.

And Maher’s argument is---?

Well, to begin with, Palin is a Republican conservative, which in and of itself qualifies any female for immediate membership in the Maher Denigration Hall of Fame.

Then there is this garbled babble which Maher actually thinks makes good sense:

“To compare that to Rush is ridiculous – he went after a civilian about very specific behavior, that was a lie, speaking for a party that has systematically gone after women’s rights all year, on the public airwaves. I used a rude word about a public figure who gives as good as she gets, who’s called people ‘terrorist’ and ‘unAmerican.’ Sarah Barracuda.”

Got that?

According to this unhinged lefty, the term “un-American”
is on equal footing with calling a woman a name banned by the FCC? And using that term against a woman who just happens to be a public figure is acceptable?

Good grief, where was this loser hatched? Is Maher lacking respect for all women in public life?

Odd, but I do not recall Maher using that vulgarity to describe the Queen of Washington ding-bats, the one and only Nancy Pelosi?

If Maher had even the slightest respect for women, he would declare that it is wrong to use that sort of language (slut, "C" etc.) against any woman, regardless of political affiliation and public posture.

One small ray of sunshine appeared when Obama strategist David Axelrod cancelled his scheduled appearance on Maher’s HBO show. Now just talk your boss into refusing to accept Maher’s tainted $1 million gift, David, and you will be making a moral stand for women—all women-- against the likes of Maher.

In the mean time, it’s time for women and men of all political persuasions to push back by writing HBO to demand that Bill Maher’s anti-women hatred be yanked from the airwaves—NOW!
