Why Has Charles Rangel Not Been Arrested for Tax Evasion?

Charles Rangel has spent 40 of his 80 years on this earth in Washington, D.C., living off the sweat and treasury of American taxpayers. Ordinarily, such long-term service would earn the office holder kudos for giving so much to his country.

However, this is Charles Rangel we are talking about. Poster child for Corruption, with a capital C. One of Nancy Pelosi’s trusted mentors on removing corrupt white Republicans from the People’s House, and turning it over to unsavory people of color, always Democrats as it turns out.

After a grinding ordeal played out over 2+ years and millions of dollars in legal fees, Charles Rangel was found guilty of 11 ethics violations and was sentenced to censure by the House.

Which is all well and good, but why is this corrupt moocher still allowed to wander the halls of Congress begging for a “drop of mercy” after evading taxes for lo those many years?

In blunt terms: Why has Charles Rangel not been arrested by the IRS for tax evasion?

After all, powerless citizens like yours truly will soon be subject to harassment by the IRS and a $5,000 fine for failing to buy ObamaCare!

You and me, sisters and brothers, will face the full force and fury of the U.S. government for refusing to follow an unconstitutional mandate from our Marxist president; yet, the fellow who just months ago was in charge of writing the tax laws failed to pay his taxes for years and is still a free man?

Where in the hell is the justice in that?

Most distressing is the fact that this bloated tax cheat wails like a stuck pig when called to account for his corrupt behavior by peers. He even demands that he be called “not corrupt.”

Elitist fools like Charles Rangel are exactly what the election results of November 2were all about.

Because he is so long in the tooth, some may believe that Rangel deserves a “break,” a kinder, gentler hand if you will.

I say, enough is enough!

A mild scolding is no way to deal with a CORRUPT weasel who has abused the public trust in order to enrich himself.

The solution? Arrest Charles Rangel for tax evasion, charge him with a felony or 13, and punish his fat bum to the full extent of the law.

After all, being 80 is no excuse for evading income taxes!

Barack Obama’s “Bad- Hair” Month

If one could somehow take a quick, private peek into President Obama’s personal diary, the month of November 2010 might have a cryptic entry along these lines:

Indeed, for President Obama, November has been nothing but awful news compounded by awful news, made all the worse by an administration that refuses to admit the brutal truth:

America rejects the President’s socialist policies. Case closed, end of story!

Obama’s bad-hair month began on November 2, when Americans registered an emphatic and unequivocal NO! to Obama’s CHANGE, and to most Democrats that supported same.

Some seats in the U.S. House are still undecided, but even so, voters managed to clean the People’s House, an accomplishment that a certain Shrieker- woman was unable to deliver.

Nancy Pelosi failed to clean house because her swamp cleaner was programmed to root out only corruption identified with an R.

Bad guys and women with a D next to their names were ignored; thus, folks like William Jefferson, Charles Rangel, Maxine Waters, and Patrick Kennedy escaped Pelosi’s sanctimonious judgment.

Voter repudiation of Obama policies was also evident in the U.S. Senate where the GOP picked up six seats, effectively ending Obama’s ability to rule by fiat.

After conceding that he suffered a “Shellacking,” in the elections, the President escaped on a 10-day junket through Asia where he hoped to bag a free-trade agreement with South Korea and persuade G-20 attendees to follow his lead on dealing with China.

However, instead of asserting his regal power on the global stage, Barack Obama was rebuffed time and again, thereby confirming the verdict delivered by America voters on 2 November, which was:

President Obama’s judgment is very much suspect and must be aggressively challenged when necessary!

Back “home” after the Asian fiasco, the president sought to enhance his self-esteem and public image by winning confirmation of the START Treaty with Russia in the U.S. Senate.

Once again, President Obama was trumped, this time by Senator John Kyle, the well-respected Republican from Arizona who has said that ratification should not be rushed during the current lame duck session.

President Obama is still fighting this battle, but it will take 67 votes in the Senate to confirm.

While the SALT Treaty is being sorted out, Obama’s scheme to try terrorists in civilian courts suffered a major blow when jurors convicted Ahmed Ghailani of conspiracy to blow up government buildings in the al-Qaida attacks on two U.S. embassies in 1998, but acquitted him on more than 280 other charges.

That legal silliness almost surely means an end to Obama’s misguided pipe-dream of closing GITMO.

Bank of Obama: Too Inept to Fail?

Lord, tell me, please, just how is it that the federal government, at least $13 trillion dollars in debt with no end to reckless spending in sight, is mandated to seize banks, and now credit unions, because of insolvency and inability to handle money responsibly?

Does any breathing entity really believe that Barack Obama and his tax-dodging pals at the U.S. Treasury are better able to manage assets than those beleaguered souls in charge at the failing banks?

Still, the federal government continues to rush in to “rescue” ever more institutions, driven to the edge of financial ruin by Marxists who believe the ancient myth, long ago disproved, that higher taxes, government meddling, and anti-business polices are vital keys to prosperity.

As reported at Reference 1, in part:

“Regulators on Friday shut down small banks in Florida and Washington state, bringing to 127 the number of U.S. bank failures this year on a wave of loan defaults and economic distress.

With 127 closures nationwide so far this year, the pace of bank failures exceeds that of 2009, which was already a brisk year for shutdowns. By this time last year, regulators had closed 95 banks.

The number of bank failures is expected to peak this year and be slightly higher than the 140 that fell in 2009. That was the highest annual tally since 1992, at the height of the savings and loan crisis. The 2009 failures cost the insurance fund more than $30 billion. Twenty-five banks failed in 2008, the year the financial crisis struck with force; only three succumbed in 2007.”

This crisis is also due, in large part, to crazed Democrats who contend that home ownership, regardless of income, employment history, immigration status, credit worthiness, available assets, and other reasonable standards, should be eschewed in order to spread the wealth.

After all, they say, home ownership is a constitutional right!

When and if fiscal sanity returns to Washington, D.C. in the form of a Republican revolution this November, the new congress must immediately commission a SWAT team to kick in the door of Timothy Geithner at the U.S. Treasury and seize all taxpayer assets being held hostage by the failed Bank of Obama!

While you are at it, patriots, have the SWAT team do lunch in Kentucky early in January and, while there, visit Fort Knox to see if there is anything in the vault other than a few thousand rusty, old Obama-Biden campaign buttons, and a few hundred thousand autographed copies of The Audacity of Hope buried in cob webs!

A National Priority: Shut down the Bank of Obama and declare the federal government, as currently constituted, unworthy of stewardship over the assets and wealth of the American people!

Alleged Illegal Alien Slays American on U.S. Soil; Whither Obama?

By all accounts, Arizona rancher Robert Krentz was a decent man who had the misfortune of being in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was murdered in cold blood.

The wrong place was his private property. Wrong, because Krentz, presumably an American citizen, was shot and killed by an illegal alien (allegedly) from Mexico. The wrong time was late Saturday night.

According to authorities, the motive for this cold-blooded slaughter may have something to do with the fact that the victim's brother, Phil Krentz, reported drug smuggling activity on the ranch to the Border Patrol.

That sound reasonable, right? Any gringo with the audacity to report a drug smuggling operation on his property to Border Patrol deserves to bleed to death. What could be fairer, more humane?

This ugly reminder of the traiterous neglect of American citizens by pro-illegal alien lunatics in the Obama administration was reported throughout the media recently including the following statement from U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., whose Congressional district covers the area:

"The cold-blooded killing of an Arizona rancher is a sad and sobering reminder of the threats to public safety that exist in our border communities," Giffords said. "It has not yet been determined who committed this atrocity or why, but I know that federal and local authorities are mobilizing every possible resource to locate and apprehend the assailant."
“Giffords said if Krentz's killing is connected to drug cartels or smugglers, the federal government must respond appropriately.”

And just what the hell was/is the “federal government” doing in response to this invasion of America, Rep. Giffords?

For his part, President Barack Obama was engaged in the unilateral disarming of America.

When not involved in that despicble surrender to the forces of evil, our Marxist president was prodding Democrats in Congress to grant amnesty to the 20 million or so illegal aliens already here.

This makes perfect sense in the convuluted mindset of liberals who regard illegal aliens as “ripe” for picking and adding to the rolls of the Democrat party, which can no longer count on American patriots to vote for Marxist whackos.

What about the insufferable nanny fascist who goes by the name of Janet Napolitano and the absurdly inappropriate title of Secretary of Homeland Security?

No one seems to know for sure, but it seems a good bet that Nanny Janet was too busy welcoming “Newly Arrived Fugitives” to the land of free Tacos and Tequila to concern herself with a gringo rancher who was probably a racist Tea-party Republican who got what he richly deserved!

How much more of this idiocy will the American people tolerate before the streets of Chicago, Los Angeles. New York, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. are flooded with millions of citizens demanding that the rule of law be enforced and that American sovereeignty be defended by sending U.S. troops to the U.S.-Mexico border and that illegal aliens be rounded up and kicked back across the border?

Obama’s Dangerous Naïveté Concerning Self-Defense

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Obama made it perfectly clear that the use of disproportionate force was sometimes necessary to defend one’s self.

Of course, he was referring to Republicans challenging his presidential aspirations and other delusions of grandeur.

As reported in the June 18, 2008 Wall Street Journal, in part (1):

“Mobster wisdom tells us never to bring a knife to a gun fight. But what does political wisdom say about bringing a gun to a knife fight?

“That’s exactly what Barack Obama said he would do to counter Republican attacks “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said at a Philadelphia fundraiser Friday night.”

Hmmmmmm. Wonder why Obama did not say the following during the 2008 campaign: We will never bring guns to the fight, regardless of how violent Republicans become?

That would have been consistent with his wuss talk about taking the nuclear option off the table in order to defend America.

As reported, in part, at the New York Times (2):

“WASHINGTON — President Obama said Monday that he was revamping American nuclear strategy to substantially narrow the conditions under which the United States would use nuclear weapons.

“Discussing his approach to nuclear security the day before formally releasing his new strategy, Mr. Obama described his policy as part of a broader effort to edge the world toward making nuclear weapons obsolete, and to create incentives for countries to give up any nuclear ambitions. To set an example, the new strategy renounces the development of any new nuclear weapons, overruling the initial position of his own defense secretary.

“Mr. Obama’s strategy is a sharp shift from those of his predecessors and seeks to revamp the nation’s nuclear posture for a new age in which rogue states and terrorist organizations are greater threats than traditional powers like Russia and China.”


To moon bats on the left, Obama’s conflicting arguments make perfect sense: After all, fighting patriotic Republicans is far more vital than defending America against foreign evil-doers.

Once again, Barack Obama proves conclusively that, regardless of where he was born, he is not an American!

Open Letter Concerning Health Care Reform

Dear Editor,

Back in February, newly- inaugurated President Barack Obama signed into law a nearly-trillion dollar “stimulus” bill which he promised would create or save 3.5 to 4 million jobs. The president urged Congress to pass the bill without delay because of the urgency involved.

According to the president, the stimulus would revive the American economy and prevent unemployment from exceeding 8 percent.

Nine months later, America’s economy continues to hemorrhage jobs, and the national unemployment rate is 10.2 percent, which may actually be closer to 17 percent were the true number of out of work Americans known.

Clearly, the stimulus has failed to produce the promised results. In fact, because the bill has added to exploding federal deficits, many economists believe that the stimulus is, in and of itself, costing America jobs and hindering the prospects for economic recovery.

Unfortunately, the problem has been aggravated by the administration’s jobs creation data which have proven to be inaccurate and unreliable. Those data include claims for creation of jobs in non-existent congressional districts and other irregularities which overstate the actual number of jobs added or saved.

President Obama’s reaction has been to dismiss concerns about the data by stating that accounting is an “inexact science” and that the focus should be on job growth, rather than details.

That argument begs the obvious question: How can one know when, and if, growth is achieved without accurate accounting data?

The president’s cavalier attitude toward accounting and accountability seems to have spilled over into the current debate over health care reform.

Indeed, the numbers used by President Obama and Democrat supporters simply do not add up!

For example, Democrats would have us believe that 30-40 million uninsured people can be added to the rolls of the insured while at the same time reducing health care costs and the deficit!

While optimism is always a virtue, this type of magical thinking must not be allowed to obscure the fiduciary responsibility that the president and Congress have to the American people.

Government run programs are notorious for being poorly managed and almost always produce huge budget overruns. One need only look at this nation’s bankrupt social security and Medicare entitlements to recognize this truth.

With America still in the clutches of economic disaster, we simply cannot afford another trillion-dollar miscalculation by politicians all too eager to ram socialized medicine down the throats on a skeptical public.

Health care reform as proposed by President Obama and Democrats is unworkable, illogical, unfair, imprudent, and perhaps even unconstitutional.

These proposals must be defeated for the health and well being of over 320 million Americans!

An Obama “Olive Branch” for Osama bin Laden?

Rumor has it that President Barack Obama has used "back channels" to deliver the following olive branch to Osama bin Laden.

Dear Fellow Muslim:

Praise be to Allah!

It is with great hope and audacity that I present to you an offer for reconciliation between your noble Al-Quaeda operatives and the once-great forces of the United States of America.

Allah willing, of course.

This offer, which must never be made transparent to the media or public, is predicated on the notion that Islam is the new and only super power in the world. It is further understood that the sooner that that reality is accepted by American capitalists and Democracy-crazed politicians, the better it will be for all concerned parties.

As you are doubtless aware, I have taken several steps since January to realign America’s financial and political priorities so as to accommodate a smooth, seamless transition to a Jihad state where Sharia law will replace the archaic and bothersome U.S. Constitution.

Among my early successes is the order to close GITMO, slashing of the U.S. military budget, the requirement that all ‘terrorists’ captured on the battlefield be notified of their Constitutional rights and be offered free legal representation and a free swine flu shot, and on and on it goes.

You can tell that my efforts to “Islamicize” America are spot on because Republicans oppose them vehemently, while Democrats absolutely love them!

My proudest moment to date is the transfer of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to New York where he will be treated like a U.S. citizen, including processing of his case through the civilian judicial system, a move that damn near guarantees acquittal, or at least an appeal which could take ten years to adjudicate.

According to my Attorney General, Eric Holder, by the year 2019 America should have elected its first openly Jihad president which means that KSM would be pardoned immediately, probably as part of the elected brother’s inaugural speech.

By the way, KSM sends his warm regards and asks that you postpone any further 9/11 attacks on New York until his trial is over. Upon acquittal, KSM plans to move to San Francisco in order to take advantage of that town’s “Sanctuary City” idiocy.

KSM also indicated that he may run for Mayor against that Useful Idiot, Gavin Newsom, although KSM acknowledges that he may too conservative for Nancy Pelosi’s home town. His weight and unsightly facial hair are also issues that he is working on.

It is my sincere hope that this offer will persuade you to unclench your fist and agree to peace with America. To that end, we are prepared to make the following additional concessions, effective upon official acceptance by you:

*All Red States shall be organized into a new United States of Islam, a sovereign and independent nation totally separate from the United States of America;

*U.S. forces to be withdrawn from Afghanistan and Iraq and redeployed to prevent Israel from constructing any new settlements and, ultimately, to remove interloping Jewish occupiers from the new Palestinian state;

*All surviving members of the Bush administration shall be tried as war criminals. Said criminals shall be arrested immediately and sent to GITMO for trials pursuant to Sharia law.

*Former President George W. Bush shall be subjected to enhanced interrogation techniques, including water boarding, until he reveals the location of Saddam’s WMD. We know that Hussein had the WMD, and we suspect that W. has stockpiled the weapons to use in an extortion attempt against my presidency.
